6. Public Comment - for items not on the agenda Public comments provide an opportunity to address the Commission on items which are not on the meeting agenda. All are welcome to speak. Individuals should address their comments to the Commission as a whole, not individual members. Speakers are requested to come to the podium and must state their name and address. Comments are limited to five (5) minutes. No action will be taken; however, the Chair and Commissioners may ask clarifying questions as needed or request staff to follow up.
